One step from eden fanart2/29/2024 ![]() ![]() Both have a defensive playstyle involving letting machines set up by them do the majority of the work while they stay behind and maintain and upgrade them. For Hazel, it's one of the Spells she starts with, and in the Boss Battle against her, she places a bunch of them on the field to lay down cover fire. For Engineer, it's one of his Build PDA machines. Both specialize in abilities that involve placing an automatic Sentry Gun on the battlefield to shower enemies who fall in its line of fire with bullets, which they can also do things like hide behind and lay down fire upon. Both wear suspenders and a utility belt. And similarly, they can upgrade various structures and machines they place on the battlefield by whacking it with their wrench (albeit in different ways). Both use a large wrench as their weapon of choice. If you haven't, I can list a couple things they are similar in. The reason I drew this is that if you have played One Step From Eden, I bet most of you can see that Hazel has a lot in common with The Engineer from Team Fortress 2. ![]() I drew this for one of my favorite playable characters in the game, Hazel, as a sort of crossover with Team Fortress 2. They both have a playstyle I can handle better in the game, and all of them I got the farthest with. Also it has multiple unlockable playable characters, all whom can be faced in the game as bosses too.īy far, my top three characters in the game are Hazel, Terra, and Gunner. Though I think it has more of the fast paced action of Star Force to me than Battle Network. It combines things like a 4X8 version of Megaman Battle Network/Star Force with some Roguelike Game parts too, and is certainly really fast-paced and awesome. It's extremely hard, so far the farthest I've gotten was to Stage 6, but addicting and awesome. And if that don't work, use more gun."īeen playing this awesome new indie game called One Step From Eden. For instance, how am I gonna stop some tough other fighters who get in my way on my journey to the refuge city of Eden? The answer, use a gun. Not problems like 'What is beauty?', because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy.
